Sick Day!!!!

Ok so I started this blog to help keep me accountable for losing weight. My goal is to lose 51 pounds by October 2, 2010. I am hoping to not only lose weight but inches also. I want to just healthier. I know I can do this cause I can do anything I put my mind to. I know this will be alot of hard work and planning ahead on my busy days. I am doing this for me. I want to feel better about myself and for the first time in a long time be proud of me as a person. How I look reflects on me. So I have to show my best self. To do this I need to be at a healthy weight. So here I got day 1 of the rest of my life!

Hi

Hi I am new to this. I am working on myself at the moment. I am figuring out what I want to do as a career. I am making some lifestyle changes. One of those changings includes eating more healthy and getting to a healthy weight. If you read this and have any ideas or tips I would love to get them.
